This exciting opportunity has arisen to join our support/​​customer service team for our Domainmonster.com and Domainbox.com brands, managing the live operation of millions of web addresses.​​ An articulate individual, you’ll be the “go-to” guy or gal that others rely on for their technical questions.​​

Your role will be carrying out the following key duties:
  • Providing technical support and customer service for Domain Names, SSL certificates, Email & Web Hosting.​​
  • Managing support enquiries through our ticketing systems and via phone.
  • Identifying new sales opportunities and liaising with our sales teams to provide a rapid response.
  • Operational involvement in social media and SEO strategy.​​
  • Loving their customers; not just answering their questions, but teaching them the next steps to take.​​​​

To fulfill your responsibilities we will need you to:
  • Possess immaculate written and oral English language skills with an attention to detail.​​
  • Be accountable for your work; delivering exceptional service levels that we, the company, brand and customers expect.​​
  • Have a technical background of some nature and clear interest in technology you can prove.​​
  • Be prepared to offer a patient, exemplary level of service with your articulate communication skills.​​

The support service operates from 6am to 11pm and you will have to be prepared to work early or late shifts in rotation once settled into your new role.​​
