This exciting opportunity has arisen to join our support/customer service team for our Domainmonster.com and Domainbox.com brands, managing the live operation of millions of web addresses. An articulate individual, you’ll be the “go-to” guy or gal that others rely on for their technical questions.
Your role will be carrying out the following key duties:
- Providing technical support and customer service for Domain Names, SSL certificates, Email & Web Hosting.
- Managing support enquiries through our ticketing systems and via phone.
- Identifying new sales opportunities and liaising with our sales teams to provide a rapid response.
- Operational involvement in social media and SEO strategy.
- Loving their customers; not just answering their questions, but teaching them the next steps to take.
To fulfill your responsibilities we will need you to:
- Possess immaculate written and oral English language skills with an attention to detail.
- Be accountable for your work; delivering exceptional service levels that we, the company, brand and customers expect.
- Have a technical background of some nature and clear interest in technology you can prove.
- Be prepared to offer a patient, exemplary level of service with your articulate communication skills.
The support service operates from 6am to 11pm and you will have to be prepared to work early or late shifts in rotation once settled into your new role.
